Uh...

Well hell it's been a long time since I've posted anything.
I don't have anything intelligent to say today but I rarely do.
Obsessed with the Bloggess Army #ba to those in the know.
Those folks have inspired me to start writing again.
I dragged myself kicking and screaming back to my blog when we were all asked for our blog links.
Sigh... never feel like I have anything important or funny enough to say but you have to start somewhere.
I can't totally waste that college education in Journalism. Oye!

Oh Canada!

Heading off for the anniversary trip. I can't believe it's been five years already.
We're going to Niagara Falls for a long weekend.
Six and a half hours in the car should be fun.
If I make it back, I'll post again.

Caterpillar

I was out checking on my tomatoes like I do every morning and something caught my eye. At first I thought it was leaves and then I realized, "Hey, those aren't tomato leaves!"
I grabbed the camera and snapped away.
Neat!

UPDATE: This oh so neat looking "caterpillar" is not so much... Mom emailed me and told me that this is a Tomato Horn Worm and to get rid of it post haste. Hope it's still there when Pete gets home so he can dispose of the nasty little bugger.

More pretty pictures

So, since I've had some time on my hands I've really enjoyed taking pictures...
The other day I was out on the deck and I saw this really pretty cloud. It almost looked like another world beyond.

Mutant Cherry Tomatoes

So, we grew these Cherry Tomatoes from seed.
OMG- I have one normal one so far, the rest are Goliath.
